Abstract | The report focuses on financial ratio analysis and comparison between big property developers and medium property developers in stock market in Vietnam from 2016 to 2018 to find out the difference of two groups of developers. From that, the result of their performance in finance can be drawn. By using financial ratios analysis, the connection between figures can be shown clearly. It shows that the overview of performance of two group of developers in Vietnam over the period as well as the ways they responded to the change of policies from the government and the trend of customers. By the analysis, big developers have the better performance in profitability ratios and a lower level of financial risks with creditors compared to medium developers. However, medium developers have operated more efficiently than big developers and there are better growth rates in revenues and incomes. Medium developers also take full advantage of financial leverage to expand their business and have suffered a higher level of financial risks compared to the big developers. Finally, the report has chosen some property developers have been listed in stock market in order to make comparison financial ratio analysis. Overall, big developers show the better performance in finance than medium developers, otherwise medium developers also reveal a potential of growth better than. |
