Abstract | After reviewing the background of Property Market in Viet Nam, it is clear to see the important role of Landscape Construction Projects. It is not the attractive factor but also the element to classify the level of User. However, the Project management Competence of Vietnamese Construction Companies has not been quite good which leads many problems in cost, quality and time of Project. Belongs to Construction Project, the Landscape Projects in Viet Nam also have many problems such as: be affected by the progress of Construction contractor; there are just some universities or schools having Landscape course which is only focus on the Landscape works without knowledge about the project management. According to International Project Management which is introduced in PMBOK@Guide, published by Project Management Institute; and basing on the problems of Vietnamese Construction Projects generally and CNA-HTE Company specifically; this report will focus on analyzing four knowledge areas in Project Management: Time, Cost, Quality and Human Resources to clarify the situation as well as problems of project management competency of CNA-HTE, in case study: The Gamuda Landscape Project. On each area, besides showing the situation and problem, this report will create the detail recommendations. And in Final, this study will make the general conclusion and making the recommendations to improve The Company’s Capacity in Project Management. |
