Abstract | In process of production, it is necessary to monitor process parameters as well as control all of equipments in production line. Applying process control system in industrial process provides to users many advantages such us labor reduction, improving quality of process, reducing maintenance time, low cost investment. Using latest automation technologies in implementing control system will bring a lot of benefit not only for users but also for developers. This study purposes to develop Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition system (SCADA) for controlling and monitoring burning process in tunnel kiln. Today the SCADA is expected to be the real-time component of a manufacturing facility's enterprise management and control system, affecting virtually every aspect of the operation and profitability of both continuous and batch processes. SCADA system for controlling and monitoring burning process in tunnel kiln will be created base on control system S7-300 of Siemens. |
