AbstractThis research begins by explaining the problem of bad Cambodian health care. In order to verify on the current health care service, the questiolUlaire of research was designed to compare the between the hospital staffs' expectation and patients expectation. After looking into the comparison and follow the theory of Service quality, the main problem of Cambodian health care service causes of staffs' expectation. To ensure this, the research ha conducted to find out by in-deep interview with staffs and management level in Plmom Penh hospital.
