Abstract | Employee Satisfaction is a challenge for managers to achieve in the modern working environment covered with knowledgeable employees. There is no difference from the private sector sectors and other agencies; World Vision and the United Nation for Children Fund, the international organization in Cambodia are also seeking for the employees who embrace with competency, efficiency and integrity with a commitment to provide their optimal contribution to the organization. It gave rise to looking at the practice of human resources elements as a factor to reach the employees' satisfaction. This research study examined the human resource management in the two organizations factor attributable to their employees' satisfaction by the interview with the management level about guidelines and policies of human resource services. The structure questionnaire tried to define employees' needs and expectations. Combining the results from the management level and employees, the research study indicated possible gaps from the two organizations, and provided some recommendations for enhancing the employees' satisfaction. |
