The purpose of this research is to be aware of organizational culture of contractor companies to avoid mismatch between their culture and the environment. Due to the mismatch between organizational culture and the environment, organizations may lead to difficulties in surviving in the industry. This research used quantitative analysis to find out the characteristics and relationships where OCAI is utilized as a part of the questionnaire to collect the data. Descriptive analysis and correlation analysis were carried out to analyze the collected data. The results showed that contractors companies in Myanmar mostly adopted clan culture where the organization values human resource, teamwork, consensus and participation while managing the employees followed by the hierarchy culture, market culture and adhocracy culture.
