AbstractThe purpose of this research is to find the relationship between corporate entrepreneurship and non-financial performance (Satisfaction) through the entrepreneurial behavior. Moreover, this research studies on the influence of corporate entrepreneurship on small and medium-sized construction enterprises in Myanmar. Twenty-five measurement items were used for assessing corporate entrepreneurship, nine measurement items were used for assessing entrepreneurial behavior and nine items were used for assessing the non-financial performance (Satisfaction). The questionnaire was developed based on these items. A total of one hundred and fifty fully completed the questionnaire. The data sampling focus on project managers, construction managers and engineers who have been worked at least 3 years in current organization. Reliability analysis was used to test validity and reliability construct. Then Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) was used to examine the relationship between corporate entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial behavior and non-financial performance (Satisfaction). In corporate entrepreneurship dimensions, Myanmar has only four dimensions (top management support, work discretion, rewards and time availability) due to poor reliability (organizational boundaries). Moreover, the researcher used the Structural Equation Modeling to find the relationship. Due to Structural Equation Modeling, the researcher concluded how entrepreneurial behavior mediates between corporate entrepreneurship and non-financial performance (Satisfaction). The findings presented that the entrepreneurial behavior has significant effect on non-financial performance. The outcomes from this study are tended to be supporting in implementation of corporate entrepreneurship in construction industry in order to improve the non-financial performance aspects through the entrepreneurial behavior.
