Abstract | Finance and accounting is heart of business that plays important role as lifeblood that spread budgeting or pumping the blood through the body or across the business function. To reaching its mission and vision, budget deploy must be hit out and reach its target correctly. And it is the main key that business owners or top managers must be considering and carefully understand it. The research is find out what are the key practices of successful and failure construction firm and how each practices of factors work out in each unique practice. The search is carried out by case study approach with six construction firms with large scale. The qualitative method and interview and document collecting technique was applied. The case-wise and cross-case is the key technique that used to analyses each unique practice of each firm and also to see the overall pattern matching or trend analysis in order to make a general conclusion. The research was finding out the key unique practices and the nature of financial ratio and accounting management practices of firm. Which allowed to understand the characteristic of construction financial ratio numbers and its unique practices which differ from other industrial. Next, this research went into the deepest or lowest level to shows the main cause or roof of business failure and success based on the exactly number from financial ratios and its accounting management practices. And finally, comparison its financial ratios and its reason the see the different. |
