AbstractWith the ongoing crisis, which has shown no signs of getting better, the company needs to reduce its weakness in order to get surpass the situation. This study focuses mainly on the cost, culture, and new market of the company. The culture of the company has been studied thoroughly and it has also been decided which culture will best suit the current situation, moreover, how to change from old culture to the preferred culture. On top of that, the study also focuses primarily on numbers and wages of employees. This is the most important part of this study for the reason being that; it will help reduce cost at the first step of this exigent crisis. A new organization chart has been constructed as well as the whole organization being redesigned in order to suit cohesively with the reduced number of employees. Ultimately, with the present situation, the customer focus groups have been changing significantly, hence the new market segment needs to be created.
