Abstract | Public Private Partnerships( PPPs ) procurement has developed throughout the world , so as a fruitful way for governments to reduce their financial burden. Myanmar Government needs the private sector because more essential infrastructures have to urgently construct and operate. The road networks in Myanmar is necessary to improve the high standard. Hence, Ministry of Construction has implemented the roads under B.O.T scheme since 1996. But the issue of developing country is needless to implement B.O.T scheme with weakness of project management and laws and regulations. Some projects are successful but some are not bankable. This thesis has studied the management on project performance . It is required to achieve the comprehensive management in future. Myanmar government is now trying the PPP law step by step for getting better to do the B.O.T scheme by the private sectors. I believe that PPP model will be developed on sooner. |
