AbstractEducation is related to the whole of society. Twenty years ago, with the society demanding greater variety and increased quantity, educational services could not encompass all fields and careers. Educational enrichment of Vietnam is slower than economic development of the country. Socializing educational policy is used by the government to supplement this need. Ten years since that initiative, the educational policy has continuously changed to encourage greater educational contributions to society. Information technology is an important trade for the development of any country. Manpower demand for IT professionals increases each day, surpassing the rate of qualified professionals. To meet demands, most of the technical universities are driven to information technology trade. International schools recognize the potentials with IT training in Vietnam. Schools such as RMIT, Aptech, NIIT, Informatic Supapore, and others are quickly created to penetrate the market and to establish their brands. With strong competitions, the brands strive to increase their market share. They want to create prestige with customers through quality training and services. Educational trades are not to able to use marketing to attract students. Good learning is often based on hearsay, the introduction of older students and even from the evaluations of business who receives students. These are the voices that influence the market share of the business training. In this examination, the focus of the school is to facilitate the transferring of technology from NIIT to Hoa Sen University. The actual operations of NIIT Binh Thanh center are supervised by NIIT standards and compared with other NIIT centers in Ho Chi Minh City. How the center manage itself and it's customer resources are vital to NIIT operations. The decision factor to the center's effectiveness are the management and quality training. Education is a special business, with non-profit services and high expenses. There must be a balance between education and income for the success of all schools. For society, the customers are interested in quality training and service. For investment, profits and revenue are primary factors in evaluating the development of a stable center. The two needs are not contradictory to each other. They can be developed in parallel with the idea that high quality education resulting in greater student enrollment thus increasing revenue and profit.
