Abstract | Bao Viet insurance has been existed in the market for 45 years and it has proved its number one position in the market. However, in recent years Bao Viet has to face with many challenges and is expecting for even more and different challenges both internally and externally. While there are some external factors that are beyond control like legislative environment, the technology trend, market trend and so on; there are still factors that Bao Viet are able to manage. Given that situation, as an insider- working at the Health Insurance Department at Bao Viet Insurance Head Office, the author realizes the different facets of the business, both opportunities and potential threats. In order to take advantage of every single opportunity and avoid possible threats, a well-rounded strategy is necessary to maintain Bao Viet’s position in the market. All Bao Viet’current situations will be analysed compared with those of its competitors. A strategy will be developed basing on all that analytical information. |
