AbstractIn a harsh competition, this study will find solutions to improve sales and marketing for the sustainable growth and development in the lubricants business. ExxonMobil Vietnam Company Limited and its key competitors are trying to solve the problem for sales growth and marketing efficiency. To have the most realistic and successful solution is not an easy job which can be worked out overnight. It requires the consultancy and support of all departments and the analysis of market information. Hence, the analysis in this study focuses on ExxonMobil Vietnam Company Limited to find out the most adaptable and realistic solutions to the sales drop and marketing failure. The research is based on Strategic, Functional, and Problem Solving cases studied during my course attendance. It is developed with the understanding and feedback in the lubricants market by using valuable tools and techniques e.g. Brainstorming, 6 Thinking Styles, Concept Maps. I expect the study will be a reliable resource for ExxonMobil Vietnam Company Limited to apply a partial or full solution to develop its sales business in Vietnam market.
