AbstractAquatex Bentre is an aqua-product import and export joint stock company. It is incorporated from the privatization of state owned business of Ben Tre export aqua product and frozen food Company. Aquaculture, processing and exporting aqua-products are the company’s main operations. Main products include clam, pangasius fish and frozen shrimp. These have been exported to 40 countries, territories in the world with markets such as EU, the U.S, Japan, etc. The company has medium scale but it was advantages, such as it is located at the area of materials of clam, fish and shrimp, producing three products clam, fish and shrimp. These are major advantages found only at few businesses. This research identifies the problem of quality control on input pangasius fish materials in order to have enough clean materials to process for export to present markets and set up new promotion strategies to expand the company’s products to potential markets, guarantee the maintenance of the growth rate in the next three years.
