Abstract | Vietnam now is an emerging spa market in over the world. Being a woman, I always want to do something to make myself and my friends and other women to become more beautiful, make them more confident in your life. Even I am working in the different area : financing, I recognized the potential business – spa. And one of my friends was very successful in operating her spa namely Magic spa. It also reminds me about my dream- myself beauty spa. The successful result of my friend’s spa encourages me to study how and why this spa can make profit like this. Within the scope and limitation of this thesis, the author only tries to study and analyze the role staff performance in Magic spa business and give some assessments and recommendations for this issue. That is one of the reasons of choosing this topic. Spa service is an issue that is still quite new with Vietnamese. So far, there is little research to this activity. Thus, the author hopes the data collected in this thesis may benefit the Magic spa as well as others by giving some new ideas and valuable suggestions. I attended class on subject: “Case research practicum” presented by Dr. Winai Wongsurawat. From his lectures and guidelines to my case research, I am confident that this project is feasible when finalized. |
