Abstract | In Vietnam, when the economy grows fast and the quality of life increases, healthcare services’ the quality required is higher and higher. This makes medical equipment market become very potential. However, this market, growing around 25% – 35 % per years, has attracted many local and foreign companies; more and more companies are joining in this business sector causing stronger competition than ever. VNC is trading company which specializes in Medical – Scientifics equipment lines. It is supplying medical and scientific equipment to the domestic market, and Cambodia, Lao market as well. In recent years, the economic growth creates driving forces and impulses to the development of Vietnamese businesses but it also creates great challenges for the companies VNC must overcome these obstacles. This research presents VNC’s identifying and analyzing challenges, obstacles, and problems that caused to decreasing the competition’s capability and the low performance, identified VNC’s trading process. It also provides some solutions to solve problems and recommends how to improve the competitive capability of the company. |
