Abstract | D2D Company, a state-own company was establish in 1992. After 20 years of development, D2D has become a strong brand in the field of civil and industrial construction, trading of industrial park’s infrastructure, real estate, and commercial services in South of VietNam. In order to become a leading brand of real estate in VietNam, D2D focus on building a workforce with depth knowledge, enthusiasm, and dynamism to increase competition in the market. However, there are some problems the company is facing that is their employee are lack of enthusiasm, lack of initiative in work that lead to low performance. This research through the analysis of the current organizational culture and the evaluation system as well as the management practices in the operation system of D2D to find out the main causes of the problems and suggest appropriate solutions to help the company to overcome the current problems and be better prepared for the new challenges in future. |
