Abstract | As the social economy of Hanoi enjoys high growth rate, demand for electricity is increasing rapidly. One of the most important targets in the strategic development plan of EVN Hanoi is to improve electricity supply to meet the demands for social economic development and households use in the area of Hanoi. To fulfill this mission, EVN Hanoi has developed a long term action plan focusing on modernizing equipments and devices, restructuring organization, improving human resource quality … In fact, these solutions must be implemented comprehensively in order to support and complement each other. For example, equipment modernization must comply with organizational structure, human resource quality … Analyzing and reviewing operational management of the 110Kv electrical system in Hanoi, the research group proposes a package of solutions to restructure the organizational model and improve human resource training quality for these following targets: · Improving 110Kv Power Network operational management efficiency · Shortening electricity interruption (due to transformers and grid failure) This study is expected to make contribution to power supply and customer service improvement to meet strategic targets set by the Corporation. |
