AbstractThe objective of the research is to develop possible and appropriate solutions for project management improvement in Concetti. In the research, special consideration has been given to performance of project management in Concetti. Beside the complicated nature of consulting projects, Concetti has to face with many difficulties in project implementation such as lack of qualified and experienced staff, unclear determination of “coordinator” and task allocation, selection of sub-contractors/freelancers/experts with proper experiences/skills, lack of updated information and related documents, lack of clear regulations, a detailed manual for the project/task implementation and carrying out service contracts of the Company. In fact, Concetti does not pay enough attention to project management. The research aims to propose recommendations to improve the performance of project management in Concetti.
