Abstract | This research studies and examines the existing Customer Retention Program of VIENTHONG A (VTA) Company in Vietnam market - to access its customer’s effectiveness and reveal the strong/weak points of this program, to assist company rebuilt the relationship with its customers through improving this program. This report also shows a real competitive landscape of Mobile Retailer’s Market in Vietnam during recent years. It showed the change of market demands in development country not only in quantity but also in various kinds of service quality which may cause from the upgrade of Vietnamese social life. Actually, this research has proposed a new idea which using customer’s relation as core competency to build its competitive strategy for long term development progress. |
