AbstractIn open market economy, the technical services companies should have strong competitive advantages. These will help companies to improve production capacity to earn the economic of scales. The Mechanical and Electrical Service Division have to change its strategies to get a high ranging in technical service in oil and gas industry. This case study is writing about Mechanical and Electrical Service Division strategies for doing it. With achievement the objective of improving the competitive advantages, Mechanical and Electrical Service Division could get the high revenue and high performance scale. This study is writing about the solutions, and planning for improving competitive advantages by set up the business strategy and plan to execute it. Build the plan of investment and production flow plan are the ways for achievement the high production quality and satisfaction to customer’s requirements. By improving company’s human resource, the computerized communication of the production flow, Mechanical and Electrical Service Division will be significantly improved to leader of technical service in oil and gas industry. It is good foundation for further production improving.
