AbstractWhen visiting any manufacturing plan or construction area in Vietnam, we can see a slogan “Safety – Quality – Effectiveness” in a visible place. For many company, production productivity is the first priority to achieve the target of developing for the future. However, safety is always paid much attention by the Board of Directors to ensure that their employees are always working in a safe and good environment to ascend the company picture in the market and public. Also, quality will help to raise revenue and profit of services, enhance the ability of competition and help business to develop for long term. As a member of Vietsovpetro Joint Venture, the Safety and Environmental Protection Center is inside of this circle. It has a policy of ensuring quality in management of all operational issues in its activities. This case research will analyze the reasons why some activities of SEPC have not achieved a good service quality. And more importantly, the case research also proposes the solutions to improve service quality of SEPC to contribute more quality products and services for not only Vietsovpetro but also for external customers.
