AbstractBuilding a good reputation is one of the key requirements in the globalization environment. Competition from diversification and international standards, information technology application and culture exchange exist in all business sectors. As an intergovernmental organization, SEAMEO RETRAC has provided educational services with high quality. The problem which SEAMEO is facing the lack of effective strategies for guiding the center’s success in the future. This research examines the educational market in Vietnam and proposes strategic planning for SEAMEO in highly aggressive competitive market. Special consideration has been given to the marketing division and suggested changes to improve the performance of SEAMEO.
