While there are a multitude of factors contributing to its decline, unsuitable organization structure and poor human resources management has been identified as one of the main issue. A good organization structure shall enable Vietsovpetro to maximize its effective and efficiency in management system. The needs to change is essential, however, the main issue is how to choose the most suitable model and theory to apply to such a unique corporation as Vietsovpetro. In this research, it shall demonstrate how Vietsovpetro can increase its effective and efficiency by applying incremental changes. Furthermore, it shall suggest innovative strategies such as merger and effective human resources management. Using the data from the application of the said model and strategies, I shall assess the effective and efficiency of using merger strategy and adjusting the strategy until there is a satisfactory evaluation result. By identifying factors contributing to organization goal, managers may have greater facilities to restructure the organization to maximize its effective and efficiency at a lower cost. |
