Abstract | Human resources is one of the most important assets of each company to be successful on businesses. Employees play the role in creating satisfied customers so their attitude in working influence to business survival and growth. Employees’ satisfaction is an indispensable factor. Working in an ideal environment motivates their ability as well as dedication. But in fact, there are many negative factors affect to employees lead to company must face and solve them. Problems in human resources management of PECC4 are considered as an example. For the recent years, the decrease in four items: Leadership (Manager, senior leadership); The Work (Collaboration); Performance (Learning and development, rewards) and Company practices (Enablement) created employees’ discontent. So PECC4 leadership and management should rethinking and focus on employees’ improve performance satisfaction. This research analysis the main causes and identify the root of them in order to show that it is the right time for PECC4 to be improved. Solutions are proposal so to increase employees’ satisfaction and create a better future for the company. |
