AbstractHuman resource is an important factor in the organization besides the financial factors such as: equipment, money. An organization can not exist without employees, who create the organization structure and operate the organization. Process of building organization structure was begun from the recruitment process to Development Training to maintain human resources. For Binh Phuoc cement plant (BPP) does not except to this rule, which helps the company or organization to maintain the stable operation requires the stability of human resources. How to manage human resources is a problem of the plant every year while the company continuing recruit and train new employees to supplement the shortage of affordable workforce due to maintenance human resources has not been focused. So far company has not any studies to find out why employees leave the company so that this research focus to find out why employees leave the company through techniques such as direct interviews, questions, surveys to determine the factors affecting the employee’s satisfaction such as inadequate income, education policy - promoting inappropriate, unfriendly colleagues, leadership do not support the help, environment of work does not guarantee health ... final results through the feedback collected using processing techniques offer solutions to improve the satisfaction levels of employees to maintain human resources for the company to long term.
