Abstract | The communication has become increasingly important in organizations in general and the Siam Commercial Bank in particular in recent years. Organizations have made a significant investment in both internal and external communications. Information technologies and innovation have brought significant transformation in this area, to disseminate information to the staff and provide services to bank customers at the right time. However, one of the significant challenges that the bank has been facing during these times of dynamic changes is the ability to communicate between the headquarter and branches. In the light of this situation the study has therefore focused on improving communication between headquarter and branches of the Siam Commercial Bank. |
