Abstract | As Vietnam develops on a global scale, the demand for quality, effective education has increased. The market for educational development is large and investors everywhere have zoned in on the private education sector due to its demand and limited supply. Unlike in most fields, investors in the field of education do not need to rely on machines, warehouses and physical technology to create a product or organization that will sell; but do rely heavily on educated, specialized staff to learn the trade well and then pass down acquired knowledge from generation to generation, or others hired to work for said organization. This type of business requires the sole entrepreneur to not only only oversee and learn what is required of him from a business perspective but requires him to also be a teacher, educated in the entire process from printed material to the delivery of knowledge to the customer-- in this field the customer being a student of the organization. In the development of a school, it is essential that the organization not only meets and surpasses the demands and expectations of the parents and or Parents Association, but seeks to exceed basic requirements of established schools set out by competitors, and ultimately acquires loyal, dedicated teachers to execute its goals. Ultimately, the teachers that a school is comprised of are the key ingredients and active factors in setting up a school, and the organization itself must be committed in constantly improving and educating its staff so that the school stays current and up to date in a rapidly developing country and global economy. This paper is designed to illustrate and outline TTP Edu.'s system, (a member of the TTP Corp) and to provide solutions in resolving current human resources obstacles the company faces regarding teachers issues with wages and income, motivation in adapting to a constantly changing and developing field and their overall satisfaction with their positions within the organization. |
