AbstractAccording to many literatures, the brand awareness plays an important role in business of every company. All companies want to increase their market share, sales volume or revenue. The first step is always how to improve the brand awareness of consumer to the company’s brand. This paper will show the situation of AGIFISH, a company is major in export Tra and Basa fish during many years. How it got lost more and more market share and revenue in domestic market. The research will find out some main factors affect to consumer’s awareness to company brand such as not working promotion strategy, distribution channel isn’t good, products categories have no difference with others. Finally, the research will find out some reasonable and effective solutions to help company can take their available advantages and develop their brand more in domestic market.
