Abstract | The business development plan will cope with foreseen market element as well oriented business model from members of board of management for company long term growing road map. Those factors will prioritise a significant role to a success of company. In order to build up company business strategy, the first step is to take into consideration what the market is being at the time being as well how it will look like in the future. Then, how tense is market competition as well figuring out all dimensions around about the barrier which may exist during implementation phase. In the end, what the benefits of business development plan is in order meeting the expectation from company shareholder as well creating company value through increasing the competitiveness index within its business market. The data analysis and market assessment prior forming out final decision on how to maintain substantial growth in the market are critical requirement in the viewing of strategy concept. In general, the required steps will take full focusing and concentration from related departments in the organization, especially from company board of management. However, those steps are unavoidable and have to be carefully carried out by the company due to current market situation which caused by global economic downturn trend and financial crisis. The question remains is how to deliver and implement successful business strategy to gain the best results at reasonable costs and minimize related implications if the progress can lead company to the wrong turn. This study will help to analyze how INFOTEL maintain the sustainable growing with appropriate strategy to cope with current and long term market situation in Vietnam. |
