Abstract | It’s definite that Human Resource is the most precious asset of a company since the
development and success of a company depend mostly on its strategies, created by a team of
qualified, skilled and devoted employees. This thesis deals with Human Resource
Management at Sonadezi Long Thanh - a real estate company based in Long Thanh Industrial
Zone, Vietnam, and has been attracting more and more international and domestic
investment. The purpose of this project is to identify and determine how its Human Resource
Department functions and some of challenges related to HRM that the company is
encountering as well as human resource management suggestions for the better and bright
future of SZL and for any company. This research‘s data are from the actual reports of SZL,
its functional departments’ managers and competitor. Also, some studies of HRM experts are
selected and used effectively. In brief, HRM at SZL is strongly influenced by the state-owned
company’s policy. A change of HRM is indispensable to the company’s ever- success |
