Abstract | In construction industry, achieving efficiency and values in design are one of the most important requirements for design project management. Therefore, good coordination, understanding and mutual supports between the relevant agents, who are designers, constructors, and owners, must be obtained during the design process so as to get the highest satisfaction of all. For this aim, the report will focus on the design strategy and design management through the point that analyzes the concerning factors. The success of the strategy is lying in how well these factors are realized and solved. The report is to investigate the implicit elements, good or bad sides, at the beginning of the project. It will discuss some solutions based on the knowledge in the course and the information relating to the subject. The purpose is to bring about the most effectiveness. The case for the study is an apartment project in Yangon City, Myanmar, designed by a Vietnam design consultant company. |
