Abstract | This EMBA company project is based on a case study of the home construction
and development company NC housing Public Company Limited. The focus is on
customer satisfaction with the company.
This study investigates a customer satisfaction survey, which was based on NC
housing’s annual report of 2008-2009. The survey was conducted by considering 500
house samples from NC housing projects. There were indications that many customers
had complaints about the house production process. Mostly they complained about the
material used for house construction such as material used for doors and windows, as
they wanted high quality material for their security. Other changes in the production
process are needed to be improved in order to gain their trust in terms of NC housing
company’s image.
Customer satisfaction on the production process is significant and critical for the
company as it helps gain customer trust in the company and also attracts more customers
to buy houses in NC housing projects because customers will believe that the houses
would be of good quality and good for them. This study makes recommendations to solve
problems in the production process, hopefully improving the quality and brand of the company |
