| Abstract | Contract administration which are significant process during projects implementation to make sure that the project will be executed successfully and effectively. For the PetroVietnam which have been assigned to invest some Thermal power plant projects in Viet Nam under guidance by the Government such as Vung Ang 1, Thai Binh 2, Long Phu 1, Song Hau 1. However, there are many problems happens during the project management of these projects which led to project cost overrun as well as the prolongation of project schedule and other problems due to lack of experience for contract administration. With my experience in project management as well as my time spend to work in the Song Hau 1 project in role of the Owner who is representative of PetroVietnam to manage throughout project implementation. The Objective of my report to focus for analyzing the factors which need to consider for contract administration process of Song hau 1 project. The relevant analyses have been performed with reference the actual documents of project to evaluate and giving the recommendations to to enhance for the administration of contract. |
