Abstract | Thesis points out important issues for structured Interactions in Relational Contract. It reviews theory about Relational Contracting and Social Interaction theory.Review shows importance of Models of theory of social interaction that can be used for better interaction in RC.The Social Interaction Theory for the development of successful in- teractions in team members which is requirement of current construction industry for going smooth working for successful relations in project and beyond. The researcher has found the 37 factors related to RC, using Motivational, In- teractional and structuring models of Social Interaction Theory. That are being used to Mobilize energy to Form Interaction with other partners of team and Structure their Interaction to maintain and create new relations in construction projects(Though this research is focused on mainly two members of team,Client and Contractor). The concept of the study can be well applied into practice and will work for benet of in developing and maintaining good relations between client and contractor involved in Project. From Case study,Researcher has interviewed project personals working under joint venture real estate project to observe the factors for nalizing the questionnaire. When data was collected and analyzed according to objectives of study,it provided 6 main constructs to represent 37 factors that are: (1)Sense of Group Inclusion (2)Sense of Ontological Security (3)Material Gratication (4)Developing Culture through Delib- erative Capacities (5)Categorization (6)Stabilization. For the next objective researcher has developed models through SEM Technique, that is applicable to RC. The results shows that the Measurement Model developed through SEM Technique and Goodness and Badness of Model checked,it showed that the measurement model is acceptable t(CFI=0.845) and badness of model is (RMSEA=0.098) and it is required that for good model RMSEA should be less than (0.1) and (CMIN/df=2.976). For the struc- tural model the results shows,Goodness of model is (CFI=0.825), badness of model is (RMSEA=0.092) and (CMIN/df=2.856). So,both models developed shows acceptable tness as they comply minimum requirement of tness of model. |
