| Abstract | This study deals with production scheduling and dis tribution system at Masan Consumer Corporation (MSC). The optimization model is developed to schedule the production plan and configure distribution networks . The objective is to minimize the production and log istics costs to meet all requirements in supply chain network. This model will help suppl y manager to make quick decision which can be considered as the best decision based on available input data. This study can be applied or expanded into many are as which need to deal with network optimization problem under other sets of constraints. |
