Abstract | This research is focus on the evaluation and assessing of tourism activities effects on river water quality changes. Furthermore to analyze the current policy of tourism in Vinh Loc district w here have UNESCO site as an opportunity of local development strategy in future. Tourism brings big benefits for the development of the local economy as growth of average income, quality of resident life and opportunities increasing job to local people. De spite the main tourism activities have an impact on the surroundi ng environment as infected noise, air pollution, water pollution, especially water in the river where there are many tourist activities take place. Tourism thrives only in recent years due to the historic district has been recognized by the world. The development strategy of local tourism with the limitations of the management structure is lead to consequences for the surrounding environment UNESCO site. This study will point out the consequen ces of the imp act of tourism activities to environment on river water, and its effects on the lives of people here. There is an exploration relationship between tourism development and effect of tourism activities on river water quality changed. Through the results of the evaluation the impact of tourism into environment, will discover the consequences of the economic development and environmental tourism which needs th e healthy human life. This study is focus on examining the potential of local government political in case of water management. These policies were actually suitable for a local tourism development sustainable future or there are still have any limitations in management's influence led to environmental tourism still happen. The major contribution of this research is it’s furthering of the und ers tanding negative impact of tourism industry o n r i v e r w a t e r q u a l i t y . The evaluation of feedback from local people an d visitors through questionnaire and interview as a base of understanding the current status of river quality changed, and understanding the desirability of local people who are living near riverside on improvement quality on river by local policy. Throug h the study pointed out the limitations in the management of tourism will help the government with the policy edit point in the future. |
