AbstractToday, Hard Disk Drive (HDD) industries are growing which is for support requirement of people in the world for memory recording in information technology (IT) equipment that has many processes of increased areal density and many HDD companies use technology to support precision and small size HDD in the future. HDD manufacturing requires automation machines to support the highly efficient productivity. Automation system is the major function for HDD industry which needed the real time controls, optimum parameters and monitoring for highly precision work. Head Gimbal Assembly (HGA) production has many automation machines but some machines do not have system to monitor and optimize machine parameters. This thesis will research the optimal system to control the precision part of machines by close loop function which is optimized these parameters to achieve production efficiency with high accuracy target. The machine function will communicate and adaptive react to reach the ideal result that concern production output and quality of product.
