AbstractNowadays, medical and treatment costs dramatically increase. People have to pay an enormous amount of money on their needed medication. Although, Thailand has pr ovided people medical supports such as Medical Welfare Scheme, Civil Servant Med ical Benefit Scheme, and Social Security Scheme, these kinds of healthcare insurance still have some limitations . Therefore, most people forget the importance of health. Private Healthcare insurance is one of soluti on to solve this problem. It is quite big help to protect people from those unpredictable costs of the medication. Thus, this thesis aims to develop healthcare insurance exchange system, which its objective is helping them making better decision for select ing their own insurance plans . We develop system applied with the integration between Rules Based Expert Systems and Multiple Criteria Decision Analysis. Rules Based Expert System is applied to check the eligibility of a person. Then Multiple Criteria Decision Analysis is used in order to rank which valid plan is the most recommended.
