AbstractOwner and the contractor is the main parties which been involved during the construction projects. In order to execute construction work, contractor used to subcontract different types of specialist subcontractors. The research is focus on a case study, and identify owner, contractor and subcontractor cause problem which will impacted for the time, cost and quality during the construction. The study is focus on each party (owner, contractor and subcontractor) cause problem during the construction phase. The key is to identify and focus more on these problem during execution of an activity according to the contractor’s perspective. According to the findings Payments problems, material deliver problems , skilled and unskilled labors problems, equipment problems , preparation of material samples which can be widely impacted for the work progress of an activity in terms of completion on time and incurred extra cost during construction. The study is abought the finding of contractor’s best practice during the execution of work.
