AbstractSpecifically, the last decade has seen anenormous boom in establishmentof IT/ITeS service hubs, attracts employment opportunities, which adds to the demand for housing in Bengaluru. The focus is on the growing demand for housing for LIG & MIG segmentsare being targeted with the aid of builderswhich in turn the area is become competitivemarketplacespecificallyfor housing development initiatives. This research investigates the key components that empowerdevelopers to formulate competitive strategy byusing qualitative approach through documentation, strategic tools & relevant evidence regard to the topic.Additionally, the researcher has discovered that developers have their own competitive advantage inclusiveof partnership, business model, manufacturing approach, backward integration, in-house services, selling transparency & customer relationship management as a value driving force.Housing construction for real state is the current demand to satisfy the different categories of customer. In order to get better satisfaction from customer, property developers need to realizewhat are the qualities the customer desires are and how they can be best provide meeting with their demands. House of Quality has developed to interpret the requirements of clients. The developers therefore can better allocate resources in order to fulfill the customers’ requirements and needs.
