Abstract | Previous researchers have been studied about organizational culture for many years already. This study focuses on the measuring the relationship between organizational culture and project performance of contractor companies. This study helps to find out the relevant organizational culture which can be able to fit in contractors companies in Myanmar. According to the results from research, it is showing that Clan Culture is the most dominant current culture in organization and followed by Hierarchy Culture. On the other hand, from questionnaire survey the respondents prefer to have Hierarchy Culture in the future. In addition, the results show the organization with Clan Culture has the highest employee satisfaction and which is the less with the Hierarchy Culture. Based on the analyze data, Hierarchy Culture has the best project performance compare with other culture. Nevertheless, this stud y only found out understanding of the organizational culture and beside that, the most dominant culture type currently in Myanmar contractor companies and how a culture can affect the project performances of the company |
