| Abstract | The Critical Success Factor in the field of contract administration helps better contract performance (in the areas of Conflict Resolution, Client Satisfaction, C ost, Time and Quality). In Chapter 1, I have explained the importance of identifying the critical success factor in contract administration. In Chapter 2, I have reviewed key literature and developed survey questionnaire. Chapter 3 explains research method ology and details of statistical techniques I used. Chapter 4 presents all the collected data. By using factor analysis, 6 factor groups and 1 0 critical success factors are extracted. It is followed by regression analysis that illustrated various relations hips between the factor groups/identified critical success factors and contract performance. Chapter 5 gives an overview of key findings. Key findings include 1) the most influential factor s vis - à - vis contract performance, 2) detailed observations about re lationship between variables in factor groups and contract performanc e and 3) relationship between top 10 most critical success factors and contract performance. |
