Abstract | For many years now, both organizational researchers and practitioners have been interested in employee happiness on a number of workplace outcomes. There are various claims about the effect of happiness on productivity. Comparing with other organization, construction industry has the highest need of human resources for all hierarchical levels. Therefore, the labor resources are important in construction. This study gives a thorough description of the happiness, motivation and performance of construction workers and project performance of construction contractor’s company in Myanmar. The research aim to find out the relationship between happiness and motivation, the relations hip between happiness and project performance and employee performance. |
