AbstractThe overview of business in Thailand decele rated from 2007 as a result of negative conditions that were the instabil ity of the in-house politics, the inflation increased due to the price of global oil market, and subprime crisis. Amongst these reasons, the most of companies’ stock price decrease, but some had capability to maintain it or stimulate it up. The reason according to this ability was their project. This research studied whether the notifications of project will affect the stock performance of the company registering in The Stock Ex change of Thailand th rough considering with SET, PROPCON, and RESOURC Index. Moreover, it studied which the notifications of project category had high effect to th e stock performance of the company. The results showed that most of the stoc k volume which used SET Index and RESOURC Index as external variable in case of 1, 3, a nd 7 days was affected by the notifications of project shutdown and problem. Moreover, the notif ications of project operation had highest effect to the companies’ stock volume when compared with SET Index. Nevertheless, the notifications of project Initiation had highest effect to the companies’ stock volume when compared with RESOURC Index.
