Abstract | With the development of a country , the SMEs play more important parts for the Chinese economy. However , the overall of SMEs operational management is still under the experienced management. For the most SMEs, the high raw materials inventory should be increased company’s holding cost which leads to reduce profit of the company. In this research study, there is an interview and questionnaires for the company’ s actual situation. It is clearer to identify the inventory obstacle for the company . There is an ERP solution through finding a suitable package for the company by analyzing two open source ERP packages and combining the company ’s current situation . This research also shows the comparison result between the traditional experience procurement and ERP net purchase in order to help company to reduce the raw materials in an inventory. |
