AbstractLaw of personal income tax is one of the most difficult problems that we have to deal with in our normal life. Generally, Vietnamese citizens do not pay much attention about them, or have no urge to search information for study basic laws. Therefore, when Personal Income Tax law was being applied and monitored hardly, many of us might realize the difficulty and confusion to fulfill our personal tax duty due to its complicated rules. Furthermore, Personal Income Tax takes much time for a beginner to understand it thoroughly. Also even you can get a basic understanding of the law, it ‟s not easy to know correctly what kind of duty you have to pay, what kind of duty you can be free, or you just take the easiest route and give up a lot of benefits you can get because of lacking guidance. The goal of this study is to contribute on designing and implementation of “Personal income Tax Consultancy System” by use Expert system and Logic programming Prolog connect to Java interface and Database application. The proposal model is a combination of Cases Base Rule from Prolog and Java interface
