Abstract | There are many studies and practices showed that applying Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software brings more profit to business activities, increase possibility of competition with other businesses and adapt standards in business environment. The main reasons are because it can provide support for organization in human resource management, material management, fixed assets management and financial management in businesses. There are more and more enterprises wanting to apply ERP in their business management and Electronic of Vietnam (EVN) is not an exception. In Vietnam, there are several enterprises that applied ERP successfully in business processes. However, there are also many enterprises that are stuck in the situation that the old process is still not replaced by the new one or only some modules that is applied or even they must come back to the old one. The problem is that Vietnam enterprises have not yet followed the standard of business processes as other developed countries in the world. This research study is to determine "how to implement ERP successfully in Vietnam enterprises and especially with EVN" by identifying suitable implementation strategy, determining target planning for ERP project, and selecting ERP vendor |
