AbstractThis research proposes the new computerized decision support aid using knowledge driven data mining that provides the assessment of student performance during they have studied in School Foundation of Studies (SFS) in National University of Laos, Lao PDR for one year period. This study validated the predictive power of data mining algorithms by using statistical techniques of the student data of 5 years the number sample of student is approximately 11,000 records. This included mean, standard deviation, correlation and rank correlation calculation. The resulting of the analysis is will be help the administrative of National University of Laos (NUOL) understanding of student behavior and will be helped to make plan in the future.
