Abstract | A public-private partnership (PPP) is a government service or private business venture that is funded and operated through government partnership and one or more private sector companies. These system are popular in Asia and developing countries in worldwide. Myanmar government intends to promote PPP project due to not enough government finance. PPP included a contract between a public sector authority and a private party, in which the private party supporta public service or project and assumes substantial financial, technical and operational taskin the project. But, this scheme has an another way to develop in each country. With a focus on comparison World Bank’s Guidelines to the PPP projects, this research has a clearer view about establishments of PPP in Myanmar. |
